A stress-free planning process and seamless wedding day for you.
We promise, you don't want to be stressed on your wedding day running around trying to make sure everything is placed perfectly and you also don't want to put that stress on a family member or friend who wants to celebrate with you! Having a wedding day coordinator is a must (especially wenn most venues require you to appoint one in your contract!)
As your coordinators, we will work with you ahead of time to make sure that your vision for your best day comes to life seamlessly. From making timelines and communicating with vendors to decorating and tearing down, we will be there every step of the way.

What Packages Do You Offer?
We offer packages for Day of Coordination or Month of Coordination. We also have a bundle discount for our couples booked with Madison Grace Photo! All of the information on our packages and pricing can be found linked at the top of this page.

Do you offer decor rentals as well?
Yes! We have several decor pieces such as wedding arches, photo backdrops, vases, floating candles and more that our Clients can rent from us.

Who will be at the meetings and rehearsal?
Cora and Madison work together closely throughout the planning process. At least one of us will be present at each meeting and the rehearsal, although we both try to come when our schedules align! You are always welcome to bring any additional support (mom, bridesmaids, etc.) as well. Cora will be the main coordinator on wedding day.

What is the booking process like?
If you are interested in utilizing our services, simply fill out our inquiry form linked above and we will respond with our availability within 2 business days! From there, we can do a coffee date or Zoom meeting to get to know each other and answer any questions you may have. If you decide to book, we will send you a contract and an invoice for the retainer to officially book your best day!
